Kalam Vision 2025 : Milestone event on Mission Space successful in Chidawa

Jaipur, 10 April 2025: ‘Kalam Vision 2025’ program was organized on 6 April in Chirawa town of Jhunjhunu district. The program was based on space science and was organized by the Shekhawati team under the banner of Mission Space Education, which is the space tutor of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). District Collector of Jhunjhunu Ramavatar Meena attended the program and termed it a historic event of the district.

The poster of ‘Kalam Vision 2025’ was jointly released by Rajasthan Minister Avinash Gehlot, Jhunjhunu MLA Rajendra Bambu, Superintendent of Police Sharad Choudhary, District Collector Ramavatar Meena and Shekhawati team. This program proved to be an unprecedented step in the history of space science of Rajasthan. The Shekhawati team worked day and night to make this scientific Maha Kumbh a success. The team members include Varsha Somra, Ashu Swami, Vijendra Rao, Vishnu Chaudhary, Rahul Goswami, Sajjan Godara, Karmaveer Goswami, Pradeep Mann, Parvinder Bhaskar and Narendra Girdhar. The entire team will be felicitated by Mrs. Zoya Khan, Head of ISRO Space Tutor Mission Space Education, at the Rajasthan International Centre in Jaipur. Former ISRO Senior Scientist R.R. Elangovan and NASA Analog Astronaut Nidhi Jain attended the event as special guests. 25 schools of the district participated in the event, out of which three schools were declared winners of ‘Kalam Vision 2025’. Vidya Ashram School Pilani stood first, which was given a prize money of Rs 51,000. The second place was secured by Government School Singhana, which was awarded Rs 31,000 and the third place was secured by Rao Ghissaram School Simani, which was awarded Rs 21,000.

The Shekhawati team has done more than parents for the children of Jhunjhunu district. Under their supervision, the future of the children is sure to be successful.

On this occasion, the guests and the Shekhawati team also planted trees in the Jal Mahal of Jaipur, which set an example towards environmental protection, especially when the news of deforestation in Hyderabad is in the headlines.
